1. INTRODUCTION
Who we are: Roots Health GmbH, Kopernikusgasse 8/20, 1060 Vienna ("Hello Inside") operates an online platform ("Platform") and mobile apps ("Apps" and together with the Platform the "Hello Inside Products") that aim to make scientific self-care accessible to everyone. Hello Inside offers the App both separately and in conjunction with the services on the Platform as well as the use of third-party biosensors.
Registration: To use the full range of Hello Inside Products, a one-time registration is required (see Section 4 below). However, certain content (e.g., information about health, nutrition, and the service offering), including general descriptions of Hello Inside, can be viewed without registration.
Disclaimer: Your health is very important to us. ALWAYS consult your doctor regarding your self-care behavior. Hello Inside does not replace your doctor, nor is Hello Inside responsible for your behavior. The content of the Hello Inside Products, regardless of whether provided by Hello Inside, its partners, or users, is not intended to supplement or replace the information provided by doctors or pharmacies. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you alone are responsible for your health.
2. VALIDITY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Validity: Hello Inside offers the Hello Inside Products based on these Terms and Conditions. The user agrees to the validity of these Terms and Conditions and all agreements contained therein by reference by:
- Using the Hello Inside Products if they are available without registration, or
- Registering if an account is required.
These Terms and Conditions remain in effect until termination in the currently valid version dated October 17, 2025.
Requirement: Neither registration nor use of the full range of Hello Inside Products is possible without agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Scope: These Terms and Conditions apply to all access points, including (sub-)domains and mobile applications for Hello Inside Products. In particular, the Hello Inside online offering is accessible via helloinside.com.
3. SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
Currently, Hello Inside offers its users essentially the following functions and information in multiple languages:
- Platform Features
- Personal profile page with personal data
- News about Hello Inside in short form
- Mobile Health & Fitness App
- Content, e.g., texts, images, and videos about nutrition, health, and sleep presented by Hello Inside and professional third parties (sports coaches, trainers, ...)
- Status messages
- A blog presenting company information, products, and news about health and nutrition in long form
- Additional content such as:
- About us: Brief description of Hello Inside
- Corporate offers: Hello Inside offers for companies
- Advertising from Hello Inside and/or third parties
- User support
- Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions
- Press & Media Center
- Jobs
- Legal information
- App Features
- Applications for Apple iPhones, Android phones, and other smartphones and devices on a global level that can be used both in isolation on the smartphone and in conjunction with the Platform.
- Subject to user consent, relevant data is transferred from the smartphone to the Platform and shared with other social networks (e.g., Facebook). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
- The user hereby confirms awareness that the transfer of data from the smartphone to the Platform incurs certain costs from the mobile service provider, which are to be borne by the user.
- Mobile applications are only available to users of smartphones and other devices. Only the basic functionality of mobile applications is available for free.
- Additional terms and conditions from mobile service providers apply.
- Educational Course
- Hello Inside offers a paid online educational course on glucose and metabolic management ("Course").
- The Course may include, among other things, video lessons, reading materials, quizzes, interactive assignments, and supplementary resources.
- Access to the Course requires a separate purchase and payment.
4. REGISTRATION
Free Membership: The Hello Inside Products require a one-time, free registration. The minimum age for registration is country-specific. The complete list of age limits can be viewed here. The "Free Membership" (basic) only makes basic options and features in the Apps accessible to users ("Free Features").
Registration Methods: Hello Inside offers users three ways to register:
- Via the Platform: Using the registration form provided on the Platform
- Via the Apps: For registration, the user must provide the information requested in the registration form, e.g., first name, last name, date of birth, completely and correctly, unless such information is marked as voluntary. Registration is only possible using the user's civil name, i.e., the use of fantasy names or pseudonyms is not possible.
- Via social networks: Registration via Apple Sign-In Connect, via Facebook Connect, or via Google Sign-In requires the user's confirmation that the selected data previously provided by the user to Apple, Facebook, or Google should be adopted by the Hello Inside network. The user can subsequently supplement or reduce this information in their profile on the Platform.
Premium Membership:
- Service Description: A Hello Inside Premium service for "Premium Members" ("Premium Membership") with all options and features is available upon payment of a specific price. With this Premium Membership, additional options and features ("Premium Features") are unlocked that are not available to free members. Hello Inside may offer Apps with or without available Premium Features for the specific App.
- General Terms and Conditions: Specific terms and conditions for Premium Members pursuant to Section 6 apply to the Premium Membership. Unless otherwise stated in the Terms and Conditions or in Section 6, all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions also apply to Premium Members.
- Age Requirements: By registering as a Premium Member, you confirm that you meet the age requirements specified in applicable laws (for more information, see here) and are therefore legally entitled to enter into contracts. If the aforementioned representation is not true, Hello Inside is not bound by these Premium Terms.
- Minors: Only persons legally capable of entering into agreements in their own name may register with Hello Inside.
Consequences of Registration: By registering, the user confirms:
- Knowledge and unreserved recognition of the content of these Terms and Conditions
- That all registration data is true, accurate, current, and complete
- That they will keep all registration information current
- Each user may only register once with Hello Inside and confirms with their registration that they have not previously registered an account with Hello Inside and have not deleted a previously activated user account.
Login Access: After successful registration, the user (then the "Registered User") can log in to the Platform as follows:
- By entering their email address and chosen password, or
- By completing the login via Apple Sign-In, Facebook Connect, or Google Sign-In
Rights of Hello Inside:
- Right of Rejection: Hello Inside reserves the right to reject users without giving reasons. In this case, all submitted data will be deleted immediately.
- Account Suspension: If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or Hello Inside has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, Hello Inside has the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice and to refuse any current or future use of the Premium services (or any part thereof), without the Registered User being entitled to a refund of any previously paid amount.
- Verification Right: Hello Inside reserves the right to contact you at any time to verify your registration data.
- User Identity: Hello Inside is not responsible for the actual identity of the user, as personal identification over the internet is only possible to a limited extent. Each user must confirm the identity of other users themselves before interacting with these users in any way, e.g., adding as a friend or writing messages.
5. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL USERS
Fraud Prevention:
- Account Security: You must protect your account from unauthorized and fraudulent use. Please notify us immediately by email at office@helloinside.com or, for Premium Members, premium@helloinside.com, of any unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account or if you suspect that your account may be compromised.
- Refund Policy: Hello Inside will not refund any amounts paid by you to Hello Inside before you report unauthorized or fraudulent use of your account.
- Account Closure: Hello Inside has the right to close or terminate a Registered User's account in the event of unauthorized or fraudulent use of the account.
Promotions and Offers:
- Terms: Hello Inside may conduct promotions and free offers that may be subject to additional terms or restrictions. These promotions and offers may not be transferred between users.
App Changes:
- Right to Modify: Hello Inside reserves the right to modify options or features including Premium Features in the Apps. In most cases, Hello Inside makes changes to the Apps to improve or optimize them. To the extent that the changes do not have a substantial negative impact on your use of the App, Hello Inside will not refund previously paid amounts unless otherwise provided in Section 6 or for US-based Users in Section 9.3.
6. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PREMIUM MEMBERS
Subscription Requirements:
- Eligibility: To use the Hello Inside Premium service for Premium Members, you must:
- Be a Registered User
- Pay the specified price, including applicable value-added tax, if any, and all other fees or amounts associated with the Premium services, by credit card, through AppStores, or another form of payment accepted by Hello Inside (the "Subscription")
Subscription Types and Prices:
- Options: Hello Inside offers various subscription periods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs. The different subscription types and applicable prices can be viewed here: www.helloinside.com/premium-membership or in the App Stores.
- Price Changes: All prices may be changed at Hello Inside's discretion at any time. Price changes will be announced on the Platform or in the App Stores.
Payment Terms:
- Payment Plan: Payment is made in advance for each subscription period. In other words, you can choose the subscription period that best suits your needs for access to the Premium services. Once you have signed up and paid for the subscription, the selected validity period will be assigned to your account.
- Payment Methods: Payments for the entire term of your Premium Membership are due immediately upon invoicing. Payment can be made through various online payment systems. If Hello Inside cannot collect fees from an account specified by the user due to insufficient funds, the user bears all resulting costs, including bank fees related to direct debit bookings or similar fees. Hello Inside may send invoices and payment reminders to the user by email.
Automatic Renewal:
- Process: When your subscription period expires, your credit card will automatically be charged with the standard subscription price that was valid at the time of subscription, i.e., special offer prices do not apply in this case, and your subscription will be renewed for the same period unless you cancel your subscription at least before the expiration of your current subscription. The standard subscription price can be viewed on the Platform and in the App Stores.
Cancellation and Expiration:
- Cancellation Rights: You can cancel your subscription for the Hello Inside Premium service for Premium Members at any time by initiating the cancellation on the Platform or through the App Store. Hello Inside will not refund previously paid amounts unless required by law or expressly provided otherwise in these Terms and Conditions.
- Expiration Terms: Subject to Section 6.4, if a user does not cancel the subscription, each subscription period only ends upon expiration of the agreed period, regardless of the user's actual use of the Hello Inside Premium service for Premium Members during that period. Each user can view the length of the current subscription period by accessing their account information.

Application of Rules: Unless otherwise stated in this Section 6, all other provisions of these General Terms and Conditions also apply to Premium Members.
7. SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EDUCATIONAL COURSES
Payment and Access Terms:
- One-time Payment: The Course is available for a one-time payment.
- Payment Methods: Payment must be made in advance through accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Access Rights: Access is granted only to the purchasing user and is non-transferable.
- Course Content: The Course includes various educational formats, including video lessons, downloadable materials, exercises, and assessments.
- Refund Policy: All sales of the Course are final. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
- Access to Digital Content: Users acknowledge that purchasing the Course grants them immediate access to digital content and therefore statutory withdrawal rights are waived as set forth below.
Waiver of Right of Withdrawal:
- Consent: By purchasing the Course, the user expressly agrees that Hello Inside grants immediate access to digital content and agrees that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 11 FAGG / Austrian Distance Selling Act) is waived. The user acknowledges that they lose the right of withdrawal upon purchase confirmation.
8. DELIVERIES TO SWITZERLAND
Contract Details: For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 VAT). The latter also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs charged.
Additional Information: To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we would like to inform you for reasons of transparency that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the retail chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.
9. DELIVERIES TO THE UNITED STATES
9.1. Applicability
This section applies exclusively to Users located in the United States of America ("US-based Users"). The following specific terms and conditions supplement and, where applicable, supersede the general provisions of these Terms and Conditions for such Users.
9.2. Telehealth, Fulfillment, and Delivery
Telehealth services. Consultations necessary to fulfill an order are provided by Beluga Health Corp. (d/b/a "Beluga Health"), an independent telehealth company. Beluga Health is solely responsible for providing clinical services and determining the medical appropriateness of Products under its own terms, privacy notices, and policies. Hello Inside is not a healthcare provider and does not render medical services.
Dispensing and shipping. Prescribed Products are dispensed and shipped by HealthWarehouse.com, Inc., an independent, licensed pharmacy that is solely responsible for fulfillment and delivery under its own terms, privacy notices, and policies. Hello Inside is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications or medical devices.
Integration partners. Orders and related information may be routed via one or more technical integration partners for connectivity and data transfer only. Such partners are not clinical providers, do not review prescriptions, and are not responsible for the delivery of medical services or medications.
Data sharing. By making a purchase on the Hello Inside Platform, the US-based User authorizes the disclosure of their information to Beluga Health Corp. (d/b/a Beluga Health) and HealthWarehouse.com, Inc. solely to facilitate the telehealth consultation, dispensing, and shipment of their order. These third-party companies operate under their own privacy notices and terms, which apply to their respective services.
9.3. Cancellation and Renewals
Due to the medical nature of the Products, once a Product has been prescribed or otherwise authorized by a licensed healthcare professional through the telehealth consultation, the User may not cancel the order after purchase, except where prohibited by applicable law.
If the User's subscription includes Products on a renewing basis, all cancellation actions must be taken prior to the subscription renewal.
9.4. Prescription Requirement and Eligibility
US-based Users must have a valid prescription or telehealth authorization from a licensed healthcare professional to obtain and use the Product. The Service is not intended for individuals with diabetes or who are pregnant. Eligibility is determined by the telehealth provider.
9.5. Prescription Review and Rejection
The prescription or telehealth authorization will be requested only after the User has completed the purchase of a Service that includes a Product. Approval or rejection is determined solely by the telehealth provider's internal criteria and its licensed clinicians' professional judgment. The telehealth provider's decision is final within Hello Inside processes.
If a prescription is rejected (e.g., due to a pre-existing medical condition or failure to provide required information), the costs incurred by Hello Inside for processing and cancellation are $50, which may be deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued within a reasonable time after cancellation.
10. DISCONTINUATION
App Discontinuation:
- Rights: Hello Inside reserves the right to discontinue one or more Apps. All users will be informed about the discontinuation of the App. After this notification, Premium Members can continue to use the App for the duration of their current subscription period.
- Restrictions: Please note that during this period the following restrictions apply:
- It may not be possible to download the App on another device.
- Hello Inside will not update the App during this period. This means that if your device's operating system is updated during this period or if other relevant third-party technical services change, it may no longer be possible to use the App. Hello Inside assumes no liability for this.
- Impact on Subscription: If you purchased your Premium Membership through an App that is being discontinued, your subscription will not automatically renew and will expire at the end of your current subscription.
Notice Requirements:
- Communication: Hello Inside may deliver notices either by email or through communication within the Hello Inside Products.
11. TERMINATION
Termination by User:
- Rights: Each user has the right to terminate use of the Hello Inside Products at any time through their account settings. Such termination will be confirmed to the user.
Termination by Company:
- Reasons: Hello Inside reserves the right to terminate a user's membership for important reasons, such as gross violations of the user's obligations set forth in these Terms and Conditions and ancillary agreements.
Account Deletion:
- Additional Information: For more information on deleting your account, please see Section 7.5 of our Privacy Policy.
12. SPECIAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSUMERS
Applicability:
- Consumer Protection: If you are a Registered User using the Hello Inside Products for a purpose that is neither related to your commercial nor professional activity, the following provisions apply to you as a consumer within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
Withdrawal Rights:
- Time Frame: You may cancel your agreement with Hello Inside within 14 days from the date the agreement was concluded without giving reasons in writing, e.g., by letter or email.

Consequences of Cancellation:
- Obligations: In the event of cancellation, all services received by one party from the other must be returned and all economic benefits obtained must be refunded. If you are unable to return services provided to Hello Inside in whole or in part, you are obliged to reimburse Hello Inside for the lost value in proportion to the usage time of the services provided.
- Payment Terms: This may mean that you are obliged to fulfill your payment obligations proportionally until the cancellation takes effect. Obligations to reimburse costs must be fulfilled within 30 days. For you, this period begins when you send your contract cancellation; for us, when we receive it.
13. USER OBLIGATIONS AND CONDUCT
User Responsibilities:
- Each user of the Hello Inside Products must:
- Registration Accuracy: Provide their registration data truthfully and keep it current and complete, and must not share this data with third parties.
- Content Rights: Only store, publish, transmit, and distribute content, e.g., photos, images, texts, representations, or videos, if the user is authorized to share such content, i.e., (i) if the user has the exclusive right to use such content or (ii) if the user is not the holder of such rights to the content they provide, if the user guarantees Hello Inside that all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, etc., have been legally acquired. This also applies to content subject to intellectual property rights, such as trade names and trademarks. The user is solely responsible for such content.
- Content Restrictions: Not store, publish, transmit, or distribute content that is racist, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, sexual, glorifying violence, or otherwise illegal.
- Communication Rules: Not send chain letters or messages to more than one recipient simultaneously, i.e., the user must not send mass mailings or spam.
- System Security: Not make disruptive interventions in the Hello Inside network, including the Hello Inside Products, through the use of technical or electronic aids, such as hacking attempts, brute-force attacks, injection of viruses/worms/trojans, and other disruptive attempts regarding Hello Inside software or hardware.
- Data Collection: Not copy, distribute, transmit, or collect accessible details without the consent of the respective owner through the use of technical aids, e.g., through crawlers or bots.
- Reporting Violations: Immediately inform by email at fraudprotection@helloinside.com about identified violations of the aforementioned obligations.
- Data Privacy: Handle personal data carefully and only grant access to their own data to persons close to the user.
- Data Backup: Regularly back up important personal data externally, e.g., on an external storage medium, hard drive, or in the cloud. Hello Inside is not responsible for lost or compromised data.
Violation of User Obligations:
- Sanctions: To ensure the proper and reliable provision of the Hello Inside Products, Hello Inside imposes the following sanctions in the event of a user's violation of their obligations:
- Warning
- Deletion of content
- Temporary deactivation of the user account
- Termination (irrevocable deactivation)
- Determination: The type of sanction depends on the purpose, impact, and nature of the violation with regard to the interests of Hello Inside and the user.
- Re-registration: In the event that a user account is terminated pursuant to Section 13, the user in question is not permitted to register again.
14. CONTENT
General Use:
- Rights: Hello Inside permits its Registered Users to use the offered portfolio of Hello Inside Products in accordance with legal provisions and these Terms and Conditions to upload, store, publish, distribute, transmit, and share content with other users.
Tracking and Marketing:
- Consent: The user agrees that they may be exposed to certain offers and/or marketing messages tailored to them based on automatic evaluation of how they use the Platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy regarding tracking for marketing purposes, particularly Sections 4.2 and 7.8.
Disclosure of Content:
- Rights: Hello Inside has the right to store content or pass it on to third parties to the extent required by law or legally permissible and reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal requirements or court or administrative orders
- Ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions
- Respond to claims of infringement raised by third parties
- Protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Hello Inside, its users, and the general public
Usage Rights to Content:
- Grant of Rights: The user grants Hello Inside the irrevocable, free, non-exclusive, and unrestricted right to use all content they create, transmit, store, and publish. Accordingly, Hello Inside has the right, regardless of the type of use, to use all content both as part of the Platform and any other Hello Inside activity or an entity affiliated with Hello Inside.
- Modification Rights: This includes the right to modify and edit such content, unless such modifications or edits substantially impair the user's interests. In this context, the user waives all intellectual property rights to the extent legally permissible. However, where possible, if Hello Inside uses content created by the user outside the Hello Inside Products, Hello Inside will indicate that this content was created by the user.
Content Ownership:
- Rights: Hello Inside does not claim ownership of user-created content and will not monitor such content.
- Content Deletion: Hello Inside reserves the right to delete user-created content such as routes, photos, events, or comments without giving reasons. In this case, the user will be notified and may be sanctioned in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions pursuant to Section 13.
- Content Accuracy: Disclaimer: Hello Inside is not responsible for inaccurate user-created content, e.g., details about routes or events, etc.
- Intellectual Property Protection:
- Course Content: All content of the Course, including but not limited to videos, texts, downloadable materials, exercises, and supplementary resources, is protected by copyright laws. Any distribution, public sharing, or reproduction of Course materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
15. PRIVACY POLICY
Reference: Please refer to the separate Privacy Policy available at www.helloinside.com/privacy-policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement.
16. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Limitations: Hello Inside does not claim or guarantee that:
- The Hello Inside Products will be available at all times or that they and the necessary hardware and software will be completely error-free
- The transmission of data over other systems, particularly the Internet and telecommunications networks, is not tracked, recorded, or falsified by third parties
Assumption of Risk:

Disclaimer: The user uses the Hello Inside Products solely at their own risk. This applies without limitation to:
- Hardware Use: The associated use of any hardware, including but not limited to (i) the application of a continuous glucose monitor, e.g., short-term bleeding, possible bruising due to improper application, etc., and (ii) safety patches to fix the continuous glucose monitor;
- Data Use: Any use of data created or provided by Hello Inside by the user, including but not limited to (i) glucose metric details or (ii) action recommendations, e.g., diet plans or experiments, etc. The user expressly acknowledges that such data or content may contain errors, and Hello Inside assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of such data to the extent legally permissible.

- Professional Advice: The use of any software or hardware offered by Hello Inside does not replace consultation with a specialist doctor by the user.

External Content:
- Disclaimer: Furthermore, Hello Inside makes no representations or warranties regarding external links, banners, or other information and marketing offers that may be made accessible to the user. All contractual agreements concluded between the user and a third-party provider, e.g., via linked websites or banners, only lead to a contractual relationship between the user and the third-party provider. Hello Inside makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party products or services.

Educational Purpose Disclaimer:
- Purpose: The content of the Course is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for consulting a health expert. Implementation of any Course material is at the user's own risk.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
General Liability:
- Scope: Hello Inside is liable under current legal provisions, regardless of the legal basis of such liability (pre-contractual, contractual, tort), only if Hello Inside caused a specific damage intentionally or with gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, Hello Inside is not liable to other companies and is only liable to consumers for personal injury. Hello Inside is not liable to companies for consequential damages, pure financial loss, lost profits, or damages resulting from third-party claims.
Content Liability:
- Disclaimer: Unless required by law, neither Hello Inside nor any of its business partners are liable for damages resulting from the use of content made accessible through the use of the online platform or other forms of use of the Hello Inside Products. This also applies to damages resulting from errors, problems, viruses, or data loss.
Download Liability:
- Disclaimer: Hello Inside assumes no liability for downloaded material or material obtained as a result of using the Hello Inside Products. The Registered User is solely responsible for damage caused to their computer or smartphone system by such materials, or for information lost as a result of downloading materials from any of the Hello Inside Products.
User Conflict Liability:
- Scope: The Registered User is solely liable for all claims arising from lawsuits of any kind that are derived from or connected in any way to conflicts with other users. The Registered User acknowledges and accepts that Hello Inside is under no circumstances liable for the actions and omissions of other users, including damages associated with such actions or omissions.
18. INDEMNIFICATION BY USER
Scope of Indemnification:
- Obligations: The user indemnifies Hello Inside from all claims raised by third parties due to a violation of their rights by the user in connection with uploaded content or any of the Hello Inside Products by this user or as a result of another use of applications made available by Hello Inside.
- Costs: The user bears the costs of litigation in which Hello Inside may be involved in connection with such claims, including all court costs and attorney fees, to the extent legally permissible, unless the user is not at fault for the violation.
Support Requirements:
- Information: In the event of a lawsuit by a third party, the user immediately provides Hello Inside with all information available to them truthfully and completely that may be necessary to verify and defend against such a claim. Any additional claims for damages that Hello Inside may assert against the user remain unaffected.
19. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Changes:
- Rights: Hello Inside reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time for various reasons, including but not limited to commercial reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulations, or for customer service reasons. The current version of these Terms and Conditions is always available for viewing on the Platform and in the Apps.
Change Process:
- Minor Changes: For minor changes to these Terms and Conditions (for example, if a change in law occurs that makes it necessary to change these Terms and Conditions), we may simply make the new Terms and Conditions available for viewing on the Platform and in the Apps. Please review these Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure you understand the current terms.
Material Changes:
- In the case of material changes to these Terms and Conditions that will have a substantially negative impact on you, Hello Inside will either obtain your specific consent to the changes through communication in the Hello Inside Products, or Hello Inside will inform you of all changes at least two weeks before the changes take effect by email to the address provided during registration ("Change Information"). From receipt of the Change Information, you have an objection period of two weeks.
Change Information:
- The updated Terms and Conditions
- The date the changes take effect
- A two-week objection period
- Information about the consequences of failing to object
Acceptance: If you do not object to the changes, the updated Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted.
Consequences of Objection: In the event that you object to the changes, Hello Inside is entitled to terminate the user agreement and delete your user account, taking into account your interests, if the continuation of the contractual relationship under the current terms is not possible or unreasonable for Hello Inside.
Formal Requirements:
- Written Form: All changes to these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing. There are no oral side agreements.
20. CANCELLATION TERMS FOR CONSULTATIONS
If you have booked an appointment for a consultation and cannot attend it, the booking must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our booking tool (e.g., Calendly).
Our consultants prepare individually and carefully for each conversation.
In the case of short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours before the appointment) or no-shows, the right to a replacement appointment or refund is forfeited.
In total, a consultation can be rescheduled once free of charge. Each additional rescheduling or no-show leads to forfeiture of the right to the service
21. MISCELLANEOUS
Severability Clause: Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, all other terms remain in full force and effect.
Applicable Law:
- Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and all contractual relationships and legal disputes between users and Hello Inside are subject to Austrian law, excluding the conflict of laws rules of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. This paragraph is not relevant for users who are consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).
- Jurisdiction: Place of performance and exclusive jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. This paragraph is not relevant for users who are consumers within the meaning of the KSchG.
